I believe a very important part of achieving happiness in life is to do things that you love doing. And that’s why I’m a yoga teacher. I love yoga. Every time I unroll my mat I feel a thrill of excitement. I enjoy the movement, the flow, the breathing. Practicing yoga gave me a lot: boosted my self-acceptance and turned it actually to self-esteem, calmed down my anxiousness about life, quite obviously improved my flexibility and strength. These are things that are worth sharing and I enjoy spreading the practice of yoga. Yoga is my passion, so I keep looking for new sources of inspiration, new ways of expanding my knowledge and new people to learn from to be able to pass that on during my classes.

I started practising yoga…

in 2015. I was taken to my first yoga class by my friend when I was still living in Kraków. Since then I can’t imagine living without yoga.

I have been teaching yoga…

since 2018. I started teaching my friends and friends of friends while still on my 200h teacher training.

I completed my original 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga London, followed by 85-hour Pregnancy & Postnatal & Mother and Baby Yoga Teacher Training with Sally Parkes Yoga, Postnatal Rehab Yoga Facilitator Training and numerous CPD trainings and workshops.

Since then I have been cooperating with a number of yoga studios and organisations including:
