I teach a variety of styles including power and restorative yoga. Vinyasa Flow, in which I completed my original training, is still close to my heart, although recently the fact that I became a mother made me dive more into pregnancy, postnatal and Baby & Me. I’m based in Kent in Tunbridge Wells and I love to teach yoga in beautiful surroundings like parks and gardens whenever weather allows.

I also love to work on one-to-one basis with my students. This is the most efficient way to start your yoga adventure or to give you the optimal yoga programme for your needs.

Could I benefit more from one-to-one or group sessions?

Many students find it hard to start practising yoga in a general class setting, which they find a bit confusing at the beginning. Working one-to-one provides time for exploring the basics and answering all your questions and doubts.

One-to-one approach is also for you if you have already been practising yoga for a while, but you would like to improve some particular skills.

If you are expecting a baby or just had a baby, first of all congratulations!!! I know it can be hard to find time for yourself and to squeeze in some exercise and meditation in your busy day. In this case one-to-one approach gives you some flexibility. Also your body has special needs as you are preparing for labour or recovering from labour that can be addressed better working one-to-one. Pregnant ladies and new mums also appreciate private atmosphere of one-to-one sessions that can give them time needed before they feel ready to start or restart group classes.

If you feel you would benefit from one-to-one classes, please email me at malwina.yoga@gmail.com to discuss details and pricing.

I teach in different surroundings. Be it your home, a yoga studio or one of the beautiful parks in Kent. You can choose the space that will make you comfortable while practicing yoga.

On the other hand, if you do yoga mainly for the sense of community or to get out from home, choose group classes. Online sessions are the middle ground between group and one-to one I would say. It means you practise comfortably at your home (or wherever you want) with some sense of community. It’s also a good option if for whatever reason getting to the actual class is too difficult.

Please see my schedule for the regular online and in person group classes.
